You will receive updates from our site when your order is shipped, along with a unique shipment number to ensure that your order is correctly accounted for. This allows you to easily reply to us if you have any concerns. We will make sure you have the order and it is installed before we consider the order completed.
Order Cancellation Policy
The customers can cancel the order anytime before delivery. The customer will be refunded after deduction of payment gateway (PayUmoney, Paypal, Razorpay) fee 2.5% of order value. If the order is cancelled after shipping, shipping cost will be deducted in addition to payment gateway fee 2.5% of order value from the refund amount. For UPI and direct bank transfer there will not be any deduction
